Randstad Education is hiring SEN Teachers at a dynamic school in Manchester. All we need is Talent like yours to join our 'Team of Talented Teachers'.
Preferred Qualifications:
- QTS( Qualified Teaching Status) from the UK.
- Must have experience working with SEN schools or SEN children in the UK curriculum.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Basic Qualifications:
- PGCE or PGCE FE.
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service, or willing to apply for one.
- UK Teaching Experience for more than 6 months.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without Sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
- Support the development of individualised education plans (IEPs) and track progress.
