This isn't your average secondary classroom. Our students have Autism (ASC) and associated challenging behaviours, meaning they don't just need a teacher-they need a mentor, a coach, and a steady hand.
The Nurture Model: You will lead a small group using a primary-style "home-base" approach, providing the stability these students missed in mainstream settings.
Specialist Mentorship: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists and SEN experts to master the art of de-escalation and sensory regulation.

Are You the Right Fit?
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Whether you've just finished your induction or you're looking to pivot, your QTS is essential.

Must be a Driver: Our school is set in a peaceful, rural location-perfect for our students, but it does mean you must have a car and a full license to get here!
