Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience working with students who have faced challenges in mainstream education, including those who have been permanently excluded.
A comprehensive understanding of the complexities faced by students in alternative provision and the ability to design and implement highly differentiated and personalised learning plans.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and external agencies.
