      About The RoleDHL are seeking a motivated and supportive Cabin Quality Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for leading a team of aircraft cleaners during the operational ;This position will play a key and essential role in ensuring completion of each allocated aircraft on time and within the agreed customer quality expectations, playing an integral part in motivating teams to complete the job ‘right first time'.As a Cabin Quality Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:Feeding into the BA cabin cleaning control centre, this role will focus on punctuality, on time performance and engagement standards for each flight, inspiring the team to work collaboratively and systematically to aircraft turnaround cleaning specifications.Reporting to the duty manager on shift, they will complete audits and ensure team collaboration with a focus on Health and Safety in all aspects of the teams' tasks.Quality of the clean to a consistently high standard will be the direct responsibly of the Cabin Quality Supervisor where they will be expected to lead by example when working within the operation.About YouThe ideal candidate for this role will have previous supervisory experience.
