Your role:
Support teachers with classroom delivery and planning
Offer one-to-one or small group assistance to students
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Help track student progress and learning outcomes
Contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive setting
Work closely with other staff and parents/carers
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references
Enthusiasm for supporting young learners and their individual journeys
