Responsibilities
Deliver one-to-one and small-group support tailored to student needs
Support teachers in adapting lessons and resources for individual learners
Encourage emotional resilience and positive behaviour strategies
Contribute to academic progress, social development, and life skills
Take part in enrichment activities that enhance student experience
Help ensure a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment
Requirements
Experience supporting children in SEN or mainstream settings
Understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and related challenges
Ability to build positive and professional relationships with students
A collaborative, compassionate, and proactive mindset
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
