Responsibilities
- Delivering one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting in adapting lessons and materials to ensure inclusive access
- Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour
- Encouraging independence, life skills, and social interaction
- Engaging in enrichment activities and personal development sessions
- Contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- 6 to 12 months of experience in a UK School setting, preferably SEN
- Understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and related conditions
- A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting children
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
