This a Fulltime and a permanent role starting in September.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Providing personalised support to students in one-on-one and small group settings.
Collaborating closely with teachers to modify and tailor lesson materials.
Encouraging and modeling positive behaviour and emotional resilience.
Supporting students in developing independence and real-world life skills.
Participating in enrichment activities that support holistic development.
Promoting a respectful, inclusive classroom culture where all students feel seen and supported.
What We're Looking For
At least 6-12 months' experience working in UK Schools, ideally within SEN settings.
A solid understanding of common SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
Calm, empathetic, and confident in building strong student relationships.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
