Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Providing personalised support to students in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Collaborating closely with teachers to modify and tailor lesson materials.
- Encouraging and modeling positive behavior and emotional resilience.
- Supporting students in developing independence and real-world life skills.
- Participating in enrichment activities that support holistic development.
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive classroom culture where all students feel seen and supported.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6-12 months' experience working in UK Schools, ideally within SEN settings.
- A solid understanding of common SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Calm, empathetic, and confident in building strong student relationships.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
