Your Daily Impact:
- Providing essential support to individual students and small groups in their daily learning journeys.
- Assisting in adapting lessons and resources to ensure all learning styles are met.
- Actively promoting positive behaviour and fostering vital self-regulation skills.
- Supporting the development of life skills, promoting independence, and building social confidence.
- Contributing to engaging extracurricular activities and hands-on learning experiences.
- Ensuring the learning space remains safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
- UK School experience, ideally 6-12 months in an SEN support capacity.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and related conditions.
- A resilient, patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative teamworking skills.
- Possession of a current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
