Randstad Education is actively recruiting for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive specialist School in Kidderminster.

Your Role Will Involve:
... - Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups during daily learning activities.
- Assisting in adapting lessons and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting crucial self-regulation skills.
- Supporting the development of vital life skills, independence, and social confidence.
- Helping with engaging extracurricular activities and hands-on learning experiences.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in UK Schools, ideally 6 to 12 months in an SEN support role.
- Solid knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other related conditions.
- A nurturing, flexible attitude combined with patience and resilience.
- Excellent communication and strong teamworking abilities.
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
