Key Responsibilities of this role include:
... - Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
- Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs)
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support
What we're looking for:
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A calm, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A real passion for helping children reach their full potential
