Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to monitor progress and provide consistent feedback.
- Help adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to classroom management.
- Patience, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are highly valued.
- Competitive daily pay rate of £90 - £95.
