Your Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with high needs
Assist with mobility, personal care, and physical routines (when required)
Use sensory and communication tools to aid understanding
Maintain consistency, patience, and emotional regulation throughout the day
Support the teaching staff and contribute to behaviour strategies
You Will Need:
Experience supporting individuals with complex SEN, mental health, or physical disabilities
A resilient, non-judgemental approach with excellent emotional control
Willingness to assist with personal care and moving/handling
DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
