Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured, consistent support to children with autism, PMLD, or emotional difficulties
Assist in developing social, emotional, and communication skills
Carry out behaviour management strategies with empathy and professionalism
Help facilitate therapy sessions and targeted interventions
Maintain strong communication with families and safeguarding teams
Ideal Background
Experience in SEN education, mental health settings, or youth work
Knowledge of communication tools and sensory regulation (or willingness to learn)
Resilient, empathetic, and emotionally mature
An Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
