Randstad is recruiting for compassionate, grounded, and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants for long-term roles in Hemel Hempstead. You'll work with pupils who need structured, consistent, and therapeutic support due to profound learning difficulties, medical needs, or trauma.

Your Role

• Build safe, secure routines for high-needs learners

• Adapt activities to sensory, physical, or cognitive needs

• Maintain careful documentation of progress, incidents, and communication

Essential Skills/Experience

• Prior experience in care, SEN education, or health support roles

• Confidence in dealing with emotional dysregulation or complex behaviours

• Physical ability to support mobility and daily routines
