What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with high levels of need

• Assisting with sensory programmes, physical routines, and emotional regulation

• Supporting personal care with dignity and respect

• Working collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and class teachers

• Keeping records of pupil progress and behaviour management strategies

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, or physical disabilities

• A calm, nurturing, and consistent personality

• Resilience in emotionally and physically demanding environments

• A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
