Pay Rate: £160.76 to £245.32 per day
Randstad Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a prestigious primary school in Hemel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supporting students with autism, ASD, and ADHD, and have experience in report writing and tribunal procedures. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and SENCO experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- 2 recent professional references.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
- Enthusiasm and dedication to improving children's lives through education.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
