Salary: Up to £49,232 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Our students don't fit into standard boxes, so why should our curriculum? We are looking for a SENCo in Meldreth who can think creatively to help students with PMLD and physical impairments engage with the world. You'll have the luxury of time and specialist tools to design truly bespoke learning journeys.

The Role: As our SENCo, you'll be the bridge between therapeutic care and academic progress. You will mentor staff, shape bespoke curricula, and ensure that every milestone-no matter how small-is celebrated.
