Working in a specialist environment with pupils facing physical and sensory impairments, you will collaborate with OTs, Physios, and SLTs to build bespoke curricula. The Role: As our SENCo, you'll be the bridge between therapeutic care and academic progress. You will mentor staff, shape bespoke curricula, and ensure that every milestone-no matter how small-is celebrated.
