Randstad C&P is partnering with a leading national FM provider to recruit an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts across Scotland. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an FM professional to join a growing organisation and play a pivotal role in driving service excellence across multiple high-profile commercial contracts.
The Package
- Competitive salary between £70,000 and £85,000 per annum depending on experience
- Full time permanent position working 38.75 hours Monday to Friday

The Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams to deliver safe and high performing FM services
- Ensure full contractual compliance and the consistent achievement of all service delivery KPIs
- Manage regional financial performance including budget forecasting and rigorous cost control
- Build robust senior client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for operational matters
- Oversee lifecycle and capital works programs while ensuring technical assurance and business continuity
- Manage complex multi site contracts and various multidisciplinary service streams
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior FM leadership roles managing multi site contracts
- Proven background in technical FM or engineering services to ensure regional technical safety
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational and financial performance within complex environments
- Strong track record in stakeholder management and building high level client relationships
- Professional experience delivering FM services within regulated or critical environments
- Working knowledge of HTM and SHTM compliance requirements
- Senior technical or professional qualifications such as SAP
