We're looking for experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join one of the clients and help shape brighter futures for the children in our care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential childcare experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and progress toward management.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital leadership role in the home, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and support.

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with children and young people, supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and self-worth.
• Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operations within the home, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and routines are followed.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to Residential Support Workers.
• Promote and support education, personal development, and emotional wellbeing for all children.
• Safeguard and advocate for the children at all times, ensuring their safety and welfare are the top priority.
• Support the management team by contributing to staff rotas, policies, and reviews.

What We're Looking For:

They are seeking someone who:

• Is 22 years or older
• Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
• Has at least 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
• Holds a full manual UK driving licence.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding awareness.
