- Ability to build rapport with children, families, and other professionals
- Knowledge of child protection legislation and procedures
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong commitment to child welfare and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children in care. You should have a proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Social Work Degree (or equivalent)
- Current registration with the relevant Social Work regulatory body
- Experience working with vulnerable children and families
