Senior Supervising Social Worker - Independent Fostering Agency - North Wales
Randstad Care is recruiting on behalf of a small, supportive Independent Fostering Agency in North Wales for an experienced Senior Supervising Social Worker.

... £37,000 to £42,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Hybrid working: home-based Mondays and Fridays
Flexible diary management with autonomy
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Regular carer support events and activities
Strong, supportive leadership
Ongoing training and development
Key Responsibilities:
Support a caseload of approx. 12 foster carers with monthly visits
Complete safeguarding, risk assessments, and care planning
Attend meetings, reviews, and respond to crises
Contribute to annual reviews and present to fostering panel
Co-lead training sessions with Deputy Manager
Attend panel meetings (typically Thursdays, 5:30-7:30pm)
Maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and other agencies
Ensure a child-centred, safe, and nurturing approach in all work
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with SWE or Social Care Wales registration (support offered if transferring)
2+ years' experience in children's services (e.g. fostering, LAC, adoption, CAMHS)
Strong safeguarding and care planning knowledge
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Welsh-speaking desirable, not essential
