Are you an experienced, Level 3-qualified children's residential care professional looking for a genuinely nurturing and child-focused environment? Randstad Care is proud to be supporting a highly respected, Ofsted-rated Outstanding children's care provider in their search for a passionate Senior Support Worker.

The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be an integral part of a home environment that puts young people first. You'll lead by example, mentor newer team members, and bring fresh ideas while fitting seamlessly into a collaborative, friendly team.
You'll work a consistent 2 days on / 3 days off pattern, including sleep-ins on day one of your shift block. The homes value experience, stability, and above all, commitment to the wellbeing of the children.
What You'll Need
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
Experience in a children's home setting (preferable but not essential for entry-level senior rate)
A genuine, long-term interest in supporting vulnerable young people
A stable employment history - no job hoppers, please
Creative, team-orientated and child-focused approach
