Salary: £14.03 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
... - Coordinate and deliver support plans addressing tenancy sustainment, mental health, housing needs, and personal development.
- Work directly with individuals to help them achieve their goals, build life skills, and improve health and wellbeing.
- Act as a keyworker and oversee support delivery, ensuring accurate and professional records.
- Liaise with external partners, including housing teams, healthcare services, and advocacy groups.
- Provide leadership on shift and supervision to support workers in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Promote inclusion, empowerment, and trauma-informed practice in all areas of support.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised social care qualification at SCQF Level 6 or above (essential).
- Experience working in adult social care, ideally in homelessness, housing support or mental health.
- Confident in report writing, support planning, and using digital systems.
- Understanding of SSSC codes of practice and Care Inspectorate standards.
- Strong values of compassion, dignity, and respect for all.
