Randstad is seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting vulnerable children and families.
Position description / Job description- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of protection.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the specific needs of each child and family.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including teachers, medical personnel, and law enforcement.
- Advocate for the best interests of children within the legal and social service systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to families, promoting positive parenting practices and family stability.
- Participate in regular case reviews and supervision meetings.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in child protection.
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, LCSW).
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in child protection or a similar field.
- You have a deep understanding of child welfare legislation and policies.
- You are proficient in conducting child protection assessments and developing care plans.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage a demanding workload.
- You demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to child welfare.
- Experience with CIN cases is highly advantageous.
