The Role
In this vital role, you'll manage a complex and varied caseload, focusing on children and families who need protection. Your core duties will include:
Protecting Children: Conducting thorough assessments and investigations to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Collaborating: Working closely with a range of agencies, including schools, health services, and the police, to create and implement effective care plans.
Advocating: Representing the best interests of children in statutory meetings and court proceedings.
Building Relationships: Developing trusting relationships with children and families to support positive change and outcomes.
