Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities? Randstad is seeking a motivated Locum Social Worker to join a dynamic Learning Disabilities Team in the Bath & North East Somerset area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive Care Act Assessments and Reviews for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and applying the principles of the Mental Capacity Act.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centered support plans, working collaboratively with individuals, their families, carers, and multi-agency partners.
- Effectively managing a caseload, including complex cases and those who have been waiting for assessment or review.
- Carrying out statutory duties, including safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records on the relevant IT systems (experience with Liquid Logic is often advantageous).
- Undertaking face-to-face assessments and visits across the Bath & North East Somerset area.
