      Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Canterbury, KentShifts: Monday - Friday (40 horus)Salary: Circa £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits + bonus The Company:Due to growth, this industry leading manufacturing company is seeking a maintenance engineer manager to lead a small team of engineers during this very exciting time in the business. Over the next few months alone, they are planning to take on more engineers and add to their already substantial production line, so for anyone looking to grow a team and be given the freedom to build a new structure for a small maintenance team. This will be a real challenge but a great opportunity. The Role:Working as the head of a multi functional maintenance engineering team, your overall objective is to ensure the efficient running of all machinery on site, and in turn maximise production output. Therefore, you must be truly multi-skilled and able to address both the electrical and mechanical aspects of the maintenance. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the head of engineering with a variety of tasks including contacting suppliers, setting PPM schedules, training more junior members of the team and generally overseeing the factory floor on a day to day basis. Requirements:Several years experience working as a multiskilled maintenance engineer within a FMCG environment.Willingness to growth with the business.Level 3 qualified in your chosen field as a minimum.Proven success with the day to day running onsite.Ability to adapt and change.
