What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional who is not only qualified but also possesses the passion and resilience required for this fulfilling role.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Educational Needs, or significant experience in the field.
- Deep knowledge of various special needs and the ability to apply a wide range of teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to teaching and classroom management.
