What You Bring
We are looking for professionals who blend deep clinical skill with genuine empathy.
- Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of paid UK experience in children's residential or crisis support settings.
- Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviours calmly and without judgement.
- A strict understanding of professional boundaries and safe-touch protocols.
- PMVA training is highly desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Mindset & Essentials:
- Resilience: The mental stamina to remain a calm, consistent anchor during stressful shifts.
- Observation: A sharp eye for micro-changes in a young person's mood or behaviours.
- Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence with business insurance is highly preferred.
