Do you want a job that actually matters?
If you're tired of feeling like a cog in a machine and want to see the direct impact of your work every single day, this is for you. We've just opened a brand-new secondary school for students (ages 11-16) who find mainstream environments overwhelming. These are bright, capable young people who just need a different kind of teacher.
We are looking for someone with heart, patience, and a sense of humour to join our founding team as a Nurture Teacher.
What's in it for you?
Transitioning into SEN can feel daunting, but we've built a safety net around our staff so you can focus on what you love: connecting with students.
No More Crowded Classrooms: Swap 30+ students for small, manageable groups where you can actually get to know every child.
Total Support: You'll never be "left alone" with a difficult situation. You'll have a team of teaching assistants and on-site therapists working right alongside you.
A Fresh Start: Since we are a brand-new school, there's no "old way" of doing things. You get to help us build a positive, kind, and modern culture from day one.
A "Thank You" for Your Skills: A £5,000 bonus to welcome you to the team.
Who are we looking for?
You don't need twenty years of SEN experience. We are looking for the right personality. You'll be a great fit if:
You are a "people person" who stays calm when things get hectic.
You enjoy thinking outside the box-if a lesson isn't working, you're happy to scrap it and try something fun.
You believe that "challenging behavior" is just a student asking for help.
You want to work in a place that feels like a community, not a workplace.
