Salary: 32,302 - 38,729 (Dependent on Experience & Qualifications)

Randstad Education is looking for a passionate and skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our thriving community. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on providing the deep, tailored therapy that makes a genuine difference to young people with communication difficulties.
This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with their working hours.

Responsibilities:
... - Manage a specialist caseload and conduct clinical assessments.
- Design and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team, teachers, and parents.
- Create therapy resources and deliver staff training on communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
- Write clinical reports for student reviews and professional meetings.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the therapy service.
Preferred Skills:
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
- Current registration with both HCPC and RCSLT.
- Post-graduate experience working with children and young people with complex needs (e.g., ASC, SEMH, trauma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Full UK driving licence (highly desirable).
