Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Wood Gate Business Park, Birmingham, B32 3DE
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00 | Fri 08:00-14:00 (Early finish!) Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

The Role
Working closely with the Supply Manager, you will be the engine room of our procurement process. You'll handle the administrative heavy lifting to ensure a continuous supply of goods from our UK suppliers. This isn't just data entry; you'll be interpreting trends, forecasting demand, and managing the lifecycle of an order from placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
...- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Use trends and lead times to calculate stock requirements and ensure we never miss a beat.
- Order Management: Raise and process purchase orders via our ERP system and track them through to receipt.
- Supplier Liaison: Be the point of contact for UK suppliers-resolving price discrepancies, confirming delivery dates, and coordinating collections.
- Reporting: Produce weekly reports for our Sales Agents and keep arrival dates updated for accurate budget and stock tracking.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous supply chain records and assist the Supply Manager with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a strong administrative role (Supply Chain experience is a major plus).
