Key RequirementsEssential Phonics Expertise: Proven experience delivering phonics interventions (such as Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, or Jolly Phonics) to EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils.
UK School Experience: Recent experience working within a UK primary school setting is strictly required, with a deep understanding of the current UK Primary National Curriculum.
Adaptability: The ability to fit seamlessly into different school environments, build quick relationships with pupils, and support the classroom teacher effectively.
Qualifications: An NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare/Education (or equivalent) is highly desirable, along with an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one).
