Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting student growth. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Relevant Experience: At least 6 months of experience supporting students in the UK.
Valid UK Driving License: This is a required qualification for the role.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and colleagues.
Team Player: The ability to work seamlessly as part of a dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a support worker, you'll work closely with teachers and students, providing tailored support to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and effective classroom management.
Student Support: Providing individual and small group support to students, adapting your approach to their learning styles.
Progress Monitoring: Tracking student progress and providing valuable feedback to teachers.
