What You Bring to the Trust
We are looking for the "Specialist"-the person who understands that consistency and boundaries are the bedrock of breakthroughs.
A Proven Portfolio: Extensive experience with complex Autism (ASC), SLCN, or SEMH.
Communication Mastery: Fluency in AAC methods (Makaton, PECS, or Proloquo2Go) and the ability to adapt your style in the moment.
Resilience & Maturity: You understand the nuances of the "long game" in SEN and possess the emotional intelligence to lead a classroom team by example.
