We are seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to provide essential surveying and technical advice to a Housing Association based in Eastleigh.

Key Duties:
- Inspect, assess, and specify technical solutions for complex repair requests and property defects.
- Prepare schedules of work and provide technical surveying support and oversight for minor/major works projects.
- Lead and guide multi-disciplined projects, ensuring the business meets all statutory and regulatory compliance obligations.
- Investigate disrepair cases, produce detailed Housing Conditions reports, and provide technical support to our legal team.
- Carry out planned maintenance component assessments and provide technical approval for Disabled Facility Grant works.
Key requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance or building surveying
- Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification.
- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (advantageous)
- Full driving licence and access to own transport (milage paid)
