Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-impact Drama and Performing Arts lessons that inspire pupils of all abilities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and highly creative classroom culture.
Assess, track, and report on student progress, ensuring no child is penalised by gaps in their learning.
Contribute to extra-curricular performing arts activities, school productions, and showcases that bring colour and culture to the wider school community.
Position Requirements:
Qualifications: You must hold a relevant degree and a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience: Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs (Early Career Teachers are highly encouraged to apply and will receive exceptional induction support).
Skills: Excellent classroom management, strong subject knowledge, and a genuine passion for cultivating a love for the performing arts in young people.
