- Progress Tracking: Proficiency in reviewing student data to pinpoint specific scientific misconceptions and introduce effective interventions.
- Formative Feedback: Expertise in using live marking, targeted questioning, and verbal feedback to accelerate pupil development.
- Interpersonal Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills to break down abstract concepts and effectively collaborate with students, families, and colleagues.
- Plan, structure, and deliver high-calibre, stimulating Science lessons that stretch and support all learners.
- Evaluate, document, and report on the academic growth, attainment, and effort of assigned pupils.
