The Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be part of a holistic support system where education and therapy are seamlessly integrated to meet the unique needs of every learner.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Development: Assist students with complex needs in developing new skills and understandings they can use now and in the future.
Holistic Care: Work within a "total learning environment" to meet the educational, physical, and emotional needs of our students.
Pastoral Support: Provide essential support to students and their families, enabling them to meet individual difficulties together.
Collaboration: Work alongside teachers and therapists to adapt to changes in demand and provide a service that goes beyond the maintained sector.
Community Values: Uphold high standards of care and a supportive atmosphere that encourages everyone connected with the school.
