Are you compassionate, resilient, and ready to change lives? We are looking for dynamic individuals to support students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors, helping them develop essential life skills for a more independent future.
The Role
- Small Class Sizes: Work with groups of 8-13 students grouped by ability.
- Holistic Support: Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi-sensory tools (Makaton, signs, and symbols).
- Behavioral Guidance: Support students through moments of anxiety or frustration with a calm, patient approach.
- Personal Care: Provide essential care and hygiene support (full training provided).
