A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to our location and the need to support potential off-site activities.
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with autism.
An understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, about Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and CABAS teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
