We are looking for passionate and resilient indiividuals eager to master new skills and deliver precise, measurable outcomes for our pupils.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be integral to the practical application of our methodology:
Implement Evidence-Based Programmes: Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and senior staff to deliver highly individualised education programmes (IEPs) with fidelity.
Data Collection & Analysis: Your ability to accurately collect and monitor pupil progress data is key. This information drives our behavioural approach and informs all strategic decisions.
Specialist 1:1 and Small Group Support: Provide dedicated support to autistic pupils, focusing on the acquisition and generalisation of new skills across various environments.
Structured Environment Management: Help maintain a calm, highly structured, and positive learning environment, essential for the well-being and progress of our pupils.

Resilience & Motivation: A highly motivated attitude with the resilience to navigate complex learning challenges and commit to continuous professional growth.
Exceptional Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, focused on contributing to a cohesive, interdisciplinary team.
Prior experience in SEN is beneficial, but not required. We place a higher value on your potential and commitment to the specialist training provided.
