Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist in the management of classroom activities to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with students, providing targeted support to help them achieve their individual learning goals.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, maintaining professional standards and continuity for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to classroom management.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are highly desired.
- Location: Plymouth
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Compensation: £92.56 - £95 per day
