Supply Teaching Assistant - Flexible Hours - Plymouth

Whether you want to work 3 days a week or 5, this role puts you in control of your schedule while helping local pupils thrive.

- Supporting class teachers to deliver engaging, structured lessons.
- Working 1-on-1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra guidance with literacy, numeracy, or confidence.
- Managing classroom dynamics and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with playground supervision and general classroom preparation.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 months of experience working or volunteering with children or young people in the UK (schools, youth groups, sports clubs, or tutoring).
- Adaptability: A positive, quick-thinking attitude ready to jump into new school environments.
- Reliability: Punctuality and strong communication skills.
- Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) and suitable professional references.
