Oversee the daily triage and risk assessment of referrals
Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues and partners
Maintain high standards of recording, analysis, and decision-makingWork collaboratively with Police, Health, Education, and other key servicesTo be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in frontline safeguarding, ideally within a MASH or duty setting
- Strong leadership, organisational, and risk assessment skills
- Social Work England registration and recognised social work qualification
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and multi-agency partnership working skills
