Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of dedicated social workers and personal advisers.
Oversee the management of cases for young people leaving care.
Ensure the service meets statutory requirements and best practice standards.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Contribute to service development and strategic planning.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a Leaving Care or Children's Services team.
Strong leadership and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance for care leavers.
HCPC/Social Work England registration.
