Key Responsibilities Include:
- Regular coaching and mentoring.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborating with Sales Team Leaders.
- Reporting on team progress.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensuring product knowledge and delivering training.
- Driving performance via pipeline management.
- Leading 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
- Equipping your team for success.
- Embedding sales vision and strategy.
What You'll Need:
- Strong telesales / cold calling background.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication (written & verbal).
- Solid understanding of sales processes & KPIs.
- Confidence in giving constructive feedback and accountability.
- Performance mindset with focus on targets.
